Need some inspiration for your visit to The Hague? The staff of Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus recommend the following activities:

  • Ice Rink Scheveningen - Experience winter on the covered ice rink at the Kurhausplein. Skate around joyfully in a cozy winter atmosphere with a sea view. The ice rink is open from November 8 and lasts until the end of February 2026.
  • Royal Christmas Fair - Discover the atmospheric Christmas market in the center of The Hague with chalets, winter bars, and performances. Perfect for unique gifts and winter treats. The market can be visited until December 23, 2025.
  • Magical Scheveningen - Follow an enchanting light walk along impressive light objects and winter scenes. A magical experience for young and old. To be experienced at the end of December 2025 and early January 2026.
  • Bonfire Scheveningen - End the year spectacularly with the traditional bonfire in the harbor of Scheveningen. Enjoy an impressive fireworks display on New Year's Eve, December 31, 2025.
