Relax during your pregnancy

If you visit the sauna regularly, you can visit the sauna. If you suffer from high blood pressure or other pregnancy complications, we do not recommend a visit to the sauna. If you don't visit the sauna regularly? Then it is best to schedule a visit to the sauna after the pregnancy, or you can enjoy our heated indoor swimming pool.

For reservations and questions, you can reach us by phone at 070 222 3760 or by email at spa@amrathkurhaus.com

The first 3 months of your pregnancy

We advise against a sauna visit in all situations during the first three months of pregnancy. Your body is extra vulnerable during these elevated temperatures and this can affect the development of the baby.

The last 6 weeks of your pregnancy

If you visit the sauna regularly, you can visit the sauna. Do you want to cool down? Then do this in the shower or with a cooling hose.
